How soon will my order reach me?
We try to ship products within 24 hours of placing the order. The time taken to deliver the products to you depends on the location of delivery.
Typically, metro cities will receive the products within 3-5 days of shipping the product and non-metros will receive the product in 7- 10 days of shipping.
How reliable are your delivery services?
We have partnered with the best services in the market like FedEx, Delhivery, Xpressbees for the delivery of our products to you. We primarily ship out through FedEx surface mode or air for your delivery.
What about warranty and hidden costs (sales tax,etc.)?
There are no extra taxes, hidden costs or additional shipping charges. The price mentioned on the website is the final price. What you see is what you pay. Our prices are all inclusive. All taxes are included with the list prices.
Can I change my shipping address after I have placed an order?

Shipping charges are Zero for all orders above Rs.499 to be delivered within India. Shipping charges of Rs.75 are applicable for orders below Rs.499. we charge a nominal fee based on the total weight of your order.

How long does it take for my international order to reach me?
We ship through Aramex or FedEx. It typically reaches the destination in 10-15 days after shipping. Any customs related delay or costs are to be borne by the customer.
Do you offer COD?
Yes! COD is available for orders – the COD limits set are subject to change. You will see the limits displayed at check out.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
How do I cancel an order on My Fashion ?
- If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount asap if you have paid for your order. If you've placed order in COD mode, we'll simply cancel it. Please drop a mail at myfashionstore.india@gmail.com for cancellation requests. You can also reply to the any email communication received by My Fashion team regarding your order and we would process your request asap.
- If the cancellation request is received after your product has been shipped, you can do one of the following:
If your product has shipped but has not yet been delivered, contact Customer Support and inform them of the same. We will recall the parcel.
2. If you received the product, In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, inform us, we'll get it picked up under standard return procedures mentioned Write to us at myfashionstore.india@gmail.comwith your order number. - The My Fashion Care team must receive and approve your return request. Once your request is received and approved, we will arrange for a return pick up at an agreed upon time within the next 2-3 days
- In case of Delay? Our courier always attempts to pick up the item(s) on or before the promised time. However, if they are unable to pick up the item(s) on time or if the customer is not available then the pickup will be attempted again, up to maximum of two times.
- Please ensure that you pack your item with all the original packaging in the same way as it was delivered and that all the original tags and postcards are included
- Please ensure you collect the courier receipt at the time of pickup. This will contain an acknowledgement of the item and its accessories/parts.
- We will initiate the refund after we receive the item and it has gone through the necessary quality checks
- Once your return has been authorized, we'd be happy to process your refund and you will receive the amount back to the same payment mode that you used to place this order – this will take time to reflect in your account as governed by your bank’s policies.
- We aim to process all refund within one (15) Days
Replacements Policy
In order to get a defective/unused item replaced :
- In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to our notice by reporting the same on our email id:myfashionstore.india@gmail.com within hours (Receive Time)of receiving the product. The customer service team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
- The My Fashion Care team must receive and approve your replacement Once your request is received and approved, we will arrange for a return pick up at an agreed upon time within the next 2-3 days

Who will bear the shipping charges for returns?
- In case of return, shipping charges will be deducted on actual onwards and returns. In case of the defect from our end or transit damage, shipping charges will not be deducted.
- If return location of the shipment is India, My Fashion will pay the return shipping. We will arrange a return pickup from your location by our logistic partner. If, in any circumstances, we are not able to offer a pickup from your location, you can send us the parcel back by any reputed courier and we will reimburse return shipping charges in form of a gift card, which can be used in any of your next purchases on My Fashion If return location of the shipment is outside India, My Fashion will not be paying the return shipping charges. We can offer refund/replacements once products are received back into our warehouse. We strongly recommend you to choose carefully before making an international order as returns may be not very cost effective.
Will you accept returns if I have bought products in SALE?
- If your order contains products sold in SALE, we would not accept any returns/exchange/replacement requests. Sale products are final sale only. Not all products are eligible for returns. Please check which products are eligible for returns before purchasing In Product Description.
