My Fashion India is an online store offering fashion apparel and accessories for Men, Women, and Kids across India. Our focus is on delivering affordable, ethnic, and western fashion rooted in quality and tradition.

We strive for accurate descriptions, images, and specifications. Minor variations in color or design may occur due to lighting and screen resolution differences. All dimensions and weights are approximate.

• All prices are in INR and include GST.

• We accept Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

• Prepaid Benefit: ₹100 flat discount + 10% Reward Points for future shopping.

• Orders are usually shipped within 2–5 business days.

• Delivery is completed within 5–10 business days across India.

• Shipping is free on all orders.

• Products can be returned or exchanged if damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.

• Cancellation is possible before dispatch only.

• Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

• All returns must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.

• Customer bears return shipping unless it's our fault.

• Earn 10% reward points on every prepaid order (excluding COD).

• Points are added post-delivery and valid for 6 months.

• Non-transferable and redeemable only on My Fashion India website.

• Terms may change at our discretion with prior notice.

• Customers are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login details.

• Notify us immediately if unauthorized access is suspected.

• We are not responsible for loss due to compromised credentials.

All content, images, product designs, graphics, and logos are the property of My Fashion India. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use without permission is strictly prohibited.

Your privacy is important to us. All personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Liability is limited to the total value of the product(s) purchased.

All terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction under courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
