Before the Product is Shipped
You can cancel your order any time before it has been shipped.
For prepaid orders, we’ll refund the full amount.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we’ll simply cancel the order.

You may also respond to any order-related email from our team to request a cancellation.
After the Product is Shipped
If your order has already been shipped but not yet delivered, contact our Customer Support team immediately. We will try to recall the shipment.
Once the product is delivered, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you may request a return or replacement.
If the product you received is damaged, defective, or not as expected, you must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.
How to Initiate a Return

Return Process
Approval: Our team will review your request and approve it if eligible.
Pickup: Once approved, a return pickup will be scheduled within 2–3 working days.
Packaging: Return the item in its original packaging, with all tags, accessories, and postcards included.
Video Evidence: Record a short video while opening the package and while repacking it for return.
Courier Acknowledgment: Collect a receipt from the courier during pickup as proof.
Refunds are initiated after the returned product passes our quality check.
The amount will be refunded to the original mode of payment within 7 working days.
For prepaid orders, a 3% payment gateway charge will be deducted from the refund amount.
For international returns, the customer must bear the return shipping charges.
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, you may request a replacement within 48 hours of delivery.

Replacement Process
Approval: We’ll review and approve your replacement request.
Pickup: A return pickup will be arranged within 2–3 business days.
Packaging: Ensure the product is packed securely in its original condition, with all tags and packaging.
Video Proof: Record videos during unpacking and repacking for documentation.
Delivery: Once the returned item passes our quality check, the replacement will be shipped to your original delivery address within 7 working days.
If the return is due to a defect, damage, or an error on our part, there will be no deduction for shipping.
For returns based on personal reasons (e.g., size, preference), the actual round-trip shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
Customers who return products on their own will be reimbursed via gift card, redeemable on future purchases.
Products bought during a sale or promotional event can be cancelled, returned, or replaced only under the following conditions:
The request is made within 48 hours of delivery.
The product is unused and returned in original condition with all tags and packaging.
Tampered, used, or damaged items will not be eligible for return or replacement.
Tampered Parcels: Do not accept a parcel if it appears tampered or damaged. Contact us immediately.
Quality Checks: All return and replacement requests are subject to quality inspection.
Payment Gateway Charges: A 3% deduction will apply to all prepaid order refunds.
International Orders: Returns on international shipments are not cost-effective. Please consider carefully before placing your order.
